Your first visit

Exactly what happens, from the first phone call onwards

Nobody likes walking into an unfamiliar room without knowing what to expect. Here is the whole process, with nothing left vague.

  1. 1

    A free consultation

We talk through what has been going on, what you have already tried, and what you are hoping for. No pressure, no obligation to book.

  2. 2

    A gentle first session

You sit comfortably while we place small sensors, one or two areas at a time. Nothing is asked of you beyond staying still.

  3. 3

A short review after each visit

We ask how the days since your last visit have gone, then adjust. Your feedback shapes the next session, not a fixed protocol.

  4. 4

A plan you can stop at any point

Many people follow a series of up to 12 sessions. You are never locked in, and we will say plainly if we do not think we can help.

Practical questions

The things people ask before booking

How long does a visit take?
Usually 10 to 20 minutes from arriving to leaving, including the check in conversation. Signal time itself is only seconds.
Does it hurt?
No. Most people feel nothing at all. A few notice a brief moment of warmth or lightness afterwards.
How many sessions will I need?
Many people follow a plan of up to 12 sessions, reviewed as we go. Some notice changes much sooner, and we will always tell you honestly what we see.
Can I drive afterwards?
Yes. There is no sedation and no recovery period, so you can go straight back to your day.
